从财务视角分析大型综合公立医院医用气体服务全托管

Analysis of medical gas service hosting in large comprehensive public hospitals from financial perspective

目前国内大型综合公立医院的医用气体系统大多采用自主维修、维保的运行管理模式,运营年限普遍较长。因此,大型综合公立医院医用气体系统普遍存在人员数量多,费用支出增加;人员结构老龄化,多为非专业人员;在维修、维保过程中配件置换和损耗多,维护成本增加;人员相关资质缺乏,多项维修、维护不能自主解决,增加额外费用支出等诸多问题,所需运营成本高。本文介绍我院如何通过采用医用气体服务托管的运营模式,解决上述问题。

At present,most of the medical gas systems in domestic large comprehensive public hospitals adopt the operation management mode of self-maintenance with a longer operating life.Therefore,large comprehensive public hospitals expose many problems in the following aspects.First of all,the overman results in incremental expenses.Secondly,the personnel structure is aging,mostly non-professional personnel.Thirdly,many parts replacement and loss in the maintenance process leads to incremental maintenance costs.Finally,the lack of personnel-related qualifications and the inability to solve a number of maintenance problems independently generates the increase of additional expenses.As a result,the high operating costs are required in most hospitals.This article will introduce how our hospital solves the above problems by adopting the operation mode of medical gas service hosting.
