电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法间接测定石灰岩矿中游离二氧化硅含量 被引量:9

摘要 建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定石灰岩矿中游离二氧化硅含量。将石灰岩矿样品置于聚四氟乙烯塑料烧杯中,用磷酸于300℃溶解,然后用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定磷酸溶液中的二氧化硅含量。用石灰岩矿样品中的二氧化硅总含量扣除磷酸溶液中的二氧化硅含量得到石灰岩矿中游离二氧化硅的含量。使用基体匹配法校正基体的干扰。测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.08%(n=9),3种标准物质中二氧化硅含量测定值与标准值基本一致。该法操作简单,快速,高效,适用于测定大批量石灰石矿样品中游离二氧化硅的含量,能够满足地质规范要求。 The method was established for determining the content of free silica in limestone ore by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The limestone ore sample was put in polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) plastic beaker,and dissolved by phosphoric acid at 300℃,and then the amount of silica in the phosphoric acid solution was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.The content of free silica in limestone ore was indirectly obtained by subtracting the amount of silicon dioxide in the phosphoric acid solution from the total silica content in limestone samples.Matrix matching was used to correct the interference of the matrix.The relative standard deviation of the detection datas was 3.08%(n=9),and the determination results of three certified reference materials were consistent with the standard values.The method is simple in operation,rapid and efficient,and it is suitable for the determination of free silica in large quantities of limestone samples.
