聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a治疗HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及影响因素

The efficacy and influencing factors of HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B treated with pegylated interferon α-2a

目的:分析探讨聚乙二醇干扰素ɑ-2a治疗HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及其影响因素。方法:选取120例HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各60例;研究组患者给予聚乙二醇干扰素ɑ-2a治疗,而对照组给予普通干扰素药物治疗,然后对比二者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组患者ALT的复常率及HBV DNA的阴转率均比对照组明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后随访48周,研究组患者ALT(+)以及HBV DNA(+)的复发率均比对照组明显偏低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:聚乙二醇干扰素ɑ-2a对于治疗HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果显著,其具有较为持久的病毒学及血清学的应答率,且每周只给药1次,有助于提升患者依从性。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and influencing factors of HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B treated with pegylated interferon α-2a.Method 120 patients with HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group with 60 cases each.The patients in the study group were treated with pegylated interferon α-2a,while the patients in the control group were treated with common interferon.Then the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Recovery rate of ALT and negative conversion of HBV DNA in study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);48 weeks of follow-up after treatment,patients in the study group ALT(+)and HBV DNA(+)recurrence rates were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);Study on the incidence of adverse reactions compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Pegylated interferon alpha-2a clinical effect for the treatment of HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B is significant,it has more lasting virological and serological response rate,and only a week to give drug 1 times,help to improve patient compliance.
