呼吸道联检试剂在急性呼吸道感染诊断中的应用价值研究

Study on the Application value of Respiratory tract Joint Inspection Reagent in the diagnosis of Acute Respiratory tract infection

目的:研究呼吸道联检试剂在急性呼吸道感染诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年2月～2018年6月收治的急性呼吸道感染患者82例,回顾性分析临床资料,所有患者均采用呼吸道联检试剂同时检测9中病原体抗体,观察分析患者总抗体(Ig A+Ig G+Ig M)与Ig M抗体检测结果。结果:82例患者检测出总抗体(Ig A+Ig G+Ig M)阳性率91. 46%(75/82),而检出Ig M阳性率78. 05%(64/82)。结论:在急性呼吸道感染诊断中应用呼吸道联检试剂效果显著,患者总抗体检出阳性率较高,因此可为患者疾病诊治提供可靠依据。

Objective To study the application value of respiratory reagents in the diagnosis of acute respiratory tract infection(ARI).Method 82 patients with acute respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.The results of total antibody(IgA+IgG+IgM)and IgM antibody were observed and analyzed.Results Total antibody(IgA+IgG+IgM)positive rate was 91.46%(75/82)and IgM positive rate was 78.05%(64/82).Conclusion In the diagnosis of acute respiratory tract infection,the application of the combined respiratory reagent has a remarkable effect,the positive rate of total antibody detection is higher,so it can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute respiratory tract infection.
