布地奈德分别联合异丙托溴铵和沙丁胺醇治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响

Effects of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide and salbutamol on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:对比分析布地奈德分别联合异丙托溴铵和沙丁胺醇治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的影响。方法:将2016年6月～2018年6月160例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)住院患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组各80例,组1给予布地奈德+异丙托溴铵雾化吸入;组2给予布地奈德+沙丁胺醇雾化吸入。治疗7 d后对比分析两组患者治疗前后肺功能、呼吸困难评分变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者肺功能及呼吸困难评分与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),但两组患者间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);组1不良反应发生率明显低于组2,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:布地奈德+异丙托溴铵或沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的肺功能及临床症状均有显著疗效,但与异丙托溴铵联用的不良反应发生率相对更低。

Objective To compare and analyze the effects of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide and salbutamol inhalation on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method 160 hospitalized patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected as the study object from June 2016~June 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups of 80 patients.Group 1 was given budesonide+ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation.Group 2 was aerosolized with budesonide+albuterol.After 7 d treatment,lung function and dyspnea score changes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of pulmonary function and dyspnea of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),but no significant difference was observed between the two groups(P>0.05);However,the incidence of adverse reactions in group 1 was significantly lower than that in group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide+ipratropium bromide/albuterol atomized inhalation has significant effect on pulmonary function and clinical symptoms in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,but the incidence of adverse reactions associated with ipratropium bromide is relatively low.
