摘要
目的:探究个性化护理联合认知教育对帕金森患者用药依从性的影响。方法:选取65例帕金森患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组32例患者按照常规护理方式,干预组33例患者应用个性化护理联合认知教育,比较两组患者服药依从性的差异和护理满意度,评估个性化护理联合认知教育对帕金森患者用药依从性的影响。结果:比较两组患者的用药依从性发现,对照组患者用药依从性为51. 7%,干预组的患者用药依从性为96. 97%,两者具有统计学差异(P <0. 01);对照组患者的护理满意度为68. 75%,干预组的患者护理满意度为90. 71%,两者具有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。结论:帕金森患者接受个性化护理联合认证教育后,用药依从性显著提高,可能对患者后期临床治疗产生极大的作用,值得在临床进行推广。
Objective To explore the impact of personalized nursing joint cognitive education on drug adherence in patients with Parkinson's disease.Method Sixty-five patients with Parkinson's disease were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group.In the control group,32 patients were treated according to the conventional nursing method.The 33 patients in the intervention group were treated with personalized nursing Combined cognitive education,medication compliance differences and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups to evaluate the impact of personalized nursing joint cognitive education on drug adherence in patients with Parkinson's disease.Results The compliance of the two groups was compared with 51.7%of the patients in the control group and 96.97%of the patients in the intervention group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The patients in the control group were satisfied The degree was 68.75%.The satisfaction degree of patients in the intervention group was 90.71%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Parkinson's patients receiving personalized nursing joint certification education,medication compliance was significantly improved,may have a great effect on the clinical treatment of patients,it is worth in the clinical promotion.
