摘要
目的:探讨仙龙颗粒对H_(22)移植瘤小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:建立小鼠肝癌H_(22)移植瘤动物模型,小鼠随机分为5组,模型组、转移因子(20 mL/kg)对照组及仙龙颗粒(4、2、1 g/kg)组,每组14只;每日灌胃给予1次,连续给药10 d。通过测定小鼠胸腺、脾脏指数及巨噬细胞吞噬功能、淋巴细胞转化功能、NK细胞活性观察仙龙颗粒的免疫调节作用。结果:仙龙颗粒4、2 g/kg剂量组可明显提高移植瘤小鼠胸腺指数(P <0. 05),显著提高移植瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能(P <0. 01,P <0. 05); 4 g/kg组能够明显促进ConA介导的T淋巴细胞转化能力(P <0. 05)、明显提高NK细胞的杀伤活性(P <0. 05)。结论:仙龙颗粒具增强肝癌H_(22)移植瘤小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective: To investigate the immunomodulatory effect of Xianlong Granule on the H22 transplanted tumor mice. Methods: To establish murine hepatocellular carcinoma H22 xenograft animal model,models was divided into model,transfer factor( 20 mL/kg) positive control and Xianlong Granule( 4,2,1 g/kg) groups,daily intragastric administration once time for 10 days,mice’s thymus and spleen indexes,macrophage phagocytosis,lymphocyte transformation function and NK cell activity were determined. Results: The thymus index of Xianlong Granule 4,2 g/kg groups was increased( P < 0. 05),macrophage phagocytosis was raised,T lymphocyte transformation function of Xianlong Granule 4 g/kg group was promoted and NK cell activity was enhanced( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Xianlong Granule can strengthen immunologic function of transplanted tumor mice.
