左心室射血功能障碍的心衰患者心房细胞中兰尼碱受体转录水平明显降低 被引量:3

摘要 为检测心衰患者心肌细胞中钙离子调节基因的转录水平,探索心力衰竭及左室射血功能(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)受损的分子机制,通过反转录PCR检测钙离子调节基因的转录水平并采用t检验的方法比较了左室射血功能受损组与对照组的差异。结果表明:兰尼碱受体(ryanodine receptor,RyR)转录水平在左室射血功能受损组中的转录水平明显升高,差异具有统计学意义。可见左室射血功能受损的心衰患者,其心肌细胞中RyR转录水平高于左室功能正常的心衰患者,表明RyR参与了左室射血功能的调节。 In order to detect the transcription level of Ca^2+regulating genes,and the mechanism of left ventricular ejective fraction(LVEF)impairment.Reverse transcription PCR was used to investigate the transcription level of target genes.t-test was applied to compare the results between normal LVEF and impaired LVEF group.The results showed that the RyR transcription level increased in LVEF impaired group.It is concluded that heart failure patients with impaired LVEF showed higher RyR transcription level,which indicated that RyR is involved in the regulation of LVEF in failing heart.
