摘要
研究了在纯镁(Magnesium,Mg)中添加铟(Indium,In)元素后在0.1mol/L NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。熔炼了3种Mg-In二元合金,通过电化学测试、失重方法、X射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)和X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)等方法对合金显微组织及腐蚀行为进行研究。通过XRD分析发现,In元素完全固溶在Mg中,而电化学测试和失重测试及SEM分析的结果表明In元素对Mg-xIn二元合金的腐蚀行为有很好的抑制作用,且当In元素质量分数为1.1%的合金,在所熔炼的Mg-In二元合金中耐蚀性最好。
The effect of In element on the corrosion behavior of Mg-In alloys was investigated.The preparation of Mg-In alloys was traditional casting.The corrosion resistance was evaluated by electrochemical and immersion tests,X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),Energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.From XRD analysis,In element was in complete solid solution into pure Mg.Experimental results from polarization,weight loss,and SEM observation.Show that of In suppressed the corrosion of Mg-In alloys.When the concentration of In was about 1.1%,the corrosion resistance was better than other alloys and pure Mg.
