颤针围刺法联合耳穴贴压及甲巯咪唑片治疗原发型甲状腺功能亢进症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Vibrating Encircling Acupuncture plus Auricular Point Sticking and Thiamazole Tablets for Primary Hyperthyroidism

目的观察颤针围刺法联合耳穴贴压及甲巯咪唑片治疗原发型甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)的临床疗效。方法 78例原发型甲亢患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组39例。研究组给予颤针围刺法联合耳穴贴压及甲巯咪唑片治疗;对照组给予常规针刺法联合耳穴贴压及甲巯咪唑片治疗。观察两组治疗前后心率、甲状腺激素水平和中医临床症状积分变化。结果两组治疗后心率和甲状腺激素水平均优于同组治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后心率和甲状腺激素水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医临床症状各项积分均低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后中医临床症状各项积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颤针围刺法联合耳穴贴压及甲巯咪唑片治疗原发型甲亢,可有效改善患者的心率、甲状腺激素水平和中医临床症状。颤针围刺法联合耳穴贴压及甲巯咪唑片是一种治疗原发型甲亢更有效且安全的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of vibrating encircling acupuncture plus auricular point sticking and thiamazole tablets in treating primary hyperthyroidism.Method Seventy-eight patients with primary hyperthyroidism were randomized into a research group and a control group,with 39 cases in each group.The research group was intervened by vibrating encircling acupuncture plus auricular point sticking and thiamazole tablets;the control group was given ordinary acupuncture plus auricular point sticking and thiamazole tablets.The heart rate,level of thyroid hormone and clinical symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the two groups were observed before and after the intervention.Result The heart rate and level of thyroid hormone showed improvement after the intervention in both groups(P<0.05),and the heart rate and thyroid hormone level in the research group were better than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).After the intervention,the TCM symptom scores declined in both groups(P<0.05),and the TCM symptoms scores in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vibrating encircling acupuncture plus auricular point sticking and thiamazole tablets can effectively improve the heart rate,thyroid hormone level and TCM symptoms in primary hyperthyroidism.It is an effective and safe approach for primary hyperthyroidism.
