穴位贴敷联合西药治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Acupoint Sticking Therapy plus Western Medication for Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris Due to Qi Blocking and Blood Stagnation

目的观察穴位贴敷联合西药治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 102例气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组70例和对照组32例。对照组口服阿司匹林肠溶片、单硝酸异山梨酯片和硝酸甘油片,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用穴位贴敷治疗。观察两组治疗前后中医症状积分变化,并比较两组临床疗效和硝酸甘油停减率。结果治疗组总有效率为88.6%,对照组为50.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组硝酸甘油停减率为80.0%,对照组为59.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合西药治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,能有效缓解和减轻心绞痛发作次数和程度,提高患者的生活质量和满意度。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint sticking therapy plus Western medication in treating coronary heart disease(CHD)with angina pectoris due to qi blocking and blood stagnation.Method A total of 102 CHD patients with angina pectoris were randomized into a treatment group of 70 cases and a control group of 32 cases.The control group was intervened by oral administration of aspirin enteric-coated tablets and isosorbide mononitrate tablets plus nitroglycerin tablets,while the treatment group was additionally given acupoint sticking therapy.The symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the two groups were observed before and after the intervention.The clinical efficacies and termination-reduction rate of nitroglycerin were compared.Result The total effective rate was 88.6%in the treatment group versus 50.0%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The termination-reduction rate of nitroglycerin was 80.0%in the treatment group versus 59.4%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the TCM symptom scores between the two groups after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint sticking therapy plus Western medication can produce valid efficacy for CHD with angina pectoris due to qi blocking and blood stagnation.It can effectively reduce the number of onset and degree of angina pectoris,and enhance the quality of life and satisfaction degree of the patients.
