摘要
目的研究番荔枝Annona squamosa Linn.种子的化学成分。方法番荔枝种子超临界CO2萃取物采用硅胶、制备液相进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到7个化合物,其中化合物1~3为新化合物,分别命名为C36-solamin-A (1)、cis-D25-uvariamicin-Ⅱ (2)、glacin-C (3),其余已知化合物分别鉴定为cis-panatellin (4)、cis-solamin (5)、solamin (6)、annotemoyin-1 (7)。结论化合物1~3为新化合物,化合物4~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from the seeds of Annona squamosa Linn. METHODS The supercritical CO2 extract from the seeds of A. squamosa was isolated and purified by silica and preparation HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified. Compounds 1-3 were isolated as new compounds and named as C36-solamin-A( 1),cis-D25-uvariamicin-Ⅱ( 2),glacin-C( 3),respectively. The other known compounds were identified as cis-panatellin( 4), cis-solamin( 5), solamin( 6), annotemoyin-1( 7).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-3 are new compounds,compounds 4-5 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
