流程化管理是现代组织高效运作的最佳实践,将电子文件管理环节内嵌至组织业务流程之中,既可满足组织业务流与信息流的良性互动,又可实现对电子文件全生命周期的有效管理。论文从电子文件管理的关键环节入手,设计出电子文件全程管理的方案,即要依据流程建模结果预设电子文件管理要素;定义各环节的输入输出,明确交付物;将标准规范转化为模板嵌入管理系统;多业务系统间数据实现传递和共享,以期实现组织文件管理变革式的业务重组。

Processing management is the best practice for modern organizations to operate efficiently.Embedding electronic document management links into organizational business processes can not only satisfy the benign interaction between organizational business flow and information flow,but also realize the effective management of electronic document life cycle.Starting from the key links of electronic document management,this paper designs a scheme of the whole process management of electronic documents,which includes presupposing the elements of electronic document management according to the results of process modeling,defining the input and output of each link and defining the deliverables,transforming the standard norms into template embedded management system,and realizing data transmission and sharing among multi-business systems in order to realize the transformation of organizational document management.
