摘要
如何解决“集而不团”的困境是职业教育集团化发展面对的重大课题,以管制和激励为导向的治理结构优化模式对职教集团缺少适用性。基于一个职教集团共享行为分析框架,通过对店长职教集团的个案剖析,描述了职教集团共享体系的构成要件。共享型职教集团是以较低的交易费用为特征的交易程序,基于具有职业教育能力的企业伙伴建设分享社群、推进标准化与信息化是共享型职业教育集团建设的关键环节。
How to go out of the trap of inattentive relationship is a big challenge for vocational groups.The mode based on governance is not suitable for vocational groups.This study develops a frame on vocational groups’sharing behaviors,and describes the sharing system structure of vocational groups.From governing to sharing,the change of view is a new choice for vo-cational education collectivization.Sharing association Construction based on the vocational education ability of enterprises,standardization,and informatization are essential for the development of sharing vocational group,and It is useful for lower transaction cost.
