大数据背景下高职院校会计专业人才培养模式研究——基于贵州省实践的视角 被引量:30

Research on the Training Model of Accounting Talent in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Big Date——Based on the Perspective of Practice in Guizhou

摘要 大数据作为新的信息资产,在工业、交通和金融等方面已经有所建树,但在高职教育领域还未引起足够的重视。因此,以贵州省高职院校会计人才培养模式为载体进行研究,发现在大数据背景下尚不适应大数据的发展,主要表现在:师资力量不足,人才培养方案不能满足市场需求,课程内容缺乏创新,实践体系缺乏长远考虑。针对此现状,提出强化“大数据”平台的运用,以弥补师资力量的不足;结合市场需求定位人才培养目标,合理利用“大数据”架构人才培养方案;及时更新课程体系,开设与大数据相关的创新课程;适当调整实践体系,培养具备数据分析能力的人才。 As a new information asset,big data has made achievements in industries,transportation,and finance. However,it has not attracted enough attention in the field of higher vocational education. Therefore,taking the training mode of accounting talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in Guizhou as the carrier,this paper find that under the background of "big data",the training mode of accounting talents in higher vocational colleges does not adapt to the development of "big data",which is mainly manifested in lack of teachers,the training program can not meet the demand of the market,the content of the curriculum lacks of innovation,and the practice system lacks long-term consideration. This paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the application of the"big data"platform to make up for the shortage of teachers; to relocate the training goal of the talent talents combined with market demand and to utilize rationally the "big data"framework for talent training program; to update the curriculum system in time and to set up the innovative courses related to the big data; and to adjust the practice system and cultivate people with the ability of data analysis.
