摘要
通过研究细叶石仙桃提取物对自由基的清除能力,并测定其总黄酮含量,研究自由基清除活性和总黄酮含量之间的关系。采用冷浸法得到细叶石仙桃乙醇提取物,并采用DPPH和羟自由基体系评价其对自由基的清除能力。细叶石仙桃乙醇提取物对DPPH清除率最高可达到83. 7%,对羟自由基清除率最高可达到100%。细叶石仙桃乙醇提取物具有优异的自由基清除活性。
To study the total flavoniod content and radical clearance ability of ethanol extract of Pholidota cantonensis Rolfe. The ethanol extract of Pholidota cantonensis Rolfe were obtained by cold-extraction. The radical clearance abilities of ethanol extract of Pholidota cantonensis Rolfe are studied by DPPH assay and hydroxyl radical assay. The extract of Pholidota cantonensis Rolfe showed the highest clearance rate of 83. 7% against DPPH radicals and 100% against hydroxyl radicals. Ethanol extract of Pholidota cantonensis Rolfe processes excellent radical clearance ability.
