摘要
利用淀粉选择性培养基从土壤中分离得到1株有明显水解圈的淀粉酶产生菌Y1,经形态学、16SrDNA鉴定其为蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus);采用碘比色改良法测定Y1淀粉酶酶活,其酶活为140U/m L。
A α-amylase-producing strain was isolated from soil with starch-selective medium,named Y1. Y1 was identified through morphology observation and 16SrDNA. As a result,strain Y1 was identified as Bacillus cereus. The α-amylase activity of fermentation broth was 140U/m L determined by modified iodine colorimetry.
