摘要
目的:研究厚朴正丁醇提取部位对咽喉刺激性和胃肠功能影响,探讨厚朴炮制前后正丁醇部位刺激性及药效活性的变化。方法:SPF级昆明小鼠随机分为阴性组、阳性组、净厚朴、姜厚朴高中低剂量给药组,比较咳嗽潜伏期、咳嗽次数、小肠推进率、血清胃泌素含量、溃疡抑制率等指标。结果:姜厚朴具有显著降低咽喉刺激性(P <0. 01),且姜厚朴明显优于净厚朴(P <0. 05);对胃肠功能均有促进作用(P <0. 05),与阳性组对照无显著性差异;各给药组均能促进血清胃泌素释放,且姜厚朴具有显著性差异(P <0. 05)。在溃疡抑制率上,给药组与对照组具有显著性差异(P <0. 01),姜厚朴与相应剂量的净厚朴具有显著性差异(P <0. 05)。结论:厚朴正丁醇提取部位具有降低咽喉刺激性和促进胃肠运动功能,为姜制厚朴炮制机理研究提供依据。
Objective:To research the Throat Irritation and the Effect on Gastrointestinal Motility Function of n-butanol extract part in Magnolia officinalis cortxe,discussing the change of Irritant and pharmacodynamic activity of Magnolia officinalis n-butanol extract part with before and after processing.Method:SPF Kunming mice were randomly divided into negative control group,positive control group,high,medium and low dose group of Jing Magnolia officinalis and Jiang Magnolia officinalis,compared cough incubation period,cough frequency,small intestine propulsive rate,serum gastrin content,ulcer inhibition rate and other indicators.Results: N-butanol extract part in Jiang Magnolia officinalis had significantly reduced throat irritation.Jiang Magnolia officinalis is clearly superior to Jing Magnolia officinalis (P<0.05).The n-butanol extracts part in Magnoliae Officinalis could promote the gastrointestinal function.In the small intestine promotion rate ,the effect of each dose group was significantly increased compared with the negative group (P<0.05).And there was no significant difference between the positive group and the negative group.All dose group can promote the serum gastrin release,and Jiang Magnoliae Officinalis has significant difference (P<0.05).In the ulcer inhibition rate,there was a significant difference between the drug-administered group and the control group (P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between Jiang Magnoliae Officinalis and the corresponding dose of Jing Magnoliae Officinalis (P<0.05).Conclusion: The n-butanol extracts part in Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis can reduce throat irritation and promote gastrointestinal motility,and provide the basis for the study of the processing mechanism of Magnoliae Officinalis.
