摘要
为了保证高压反应水冷凝器运行的安全可靠性,对管板、管箱部分筒体、壳程部分筒体及换热管局部结构进行三维建模,在三种不同载荷下对其进行ANSYS数值仿真分析,得出管板、换热管、管程筒体以及壳程筒体的应力强度分布,所得的结果为此高压反应水冷凝器的检验以及结构的优化改进提供一定的依据。
In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the operation of the high-pressure reaction water condenser,the tube plate,the partial cylinder of the pipe box,the shell part of the shell and the local structure of the heat exchange tube are three-dimensionally modeled and carried out under three different loads. Simulation analysis shows the stress intensity distribution of the tube sheet,heat exchange tube,tube barrel and shell cylinder. The results obtained provide a basis for the inspection of the high pressure reaction water condenser and the optimization of the structure.
