摘要
为适应化工行业升级转型需求,地方应用型本科院校在化工专业开展工程创新型人才培养至关重要。在工程教育专业认证背景下,应用型本科院校需将工程创新能力培养贯穿人才培养全过程,不断探索和完善化工人才培养模式,以培养出具有较强工程实践能力和创新意识的高级应用型人才。
In order to meet the needs of chemical industry upgrading and transformation,It is very important for local application-oriented universities to train engineering innovative talents in chemical industry. under the Engineering Education Accreditation,application-oriented universities should train engineering innovation ability throughout the whole process of talent training,constantly explore and improve the cultivation mode of chemical talents,so as to cultivate high-level application-oriented talents with strong engineering practice ability and innovative consciousness.
