摘要
为了加大脱硝系统烟道中NOx/NH3与烟气的混合,研发了波纹板混合器,并已将之应用在某电厂2×320MW机组SCR脱硝系统,运用CFD数值模拟方法计算分析在烟道进口不同的NO浓度分布,波纹板混合器的角度两个方面情况下,烟道进出口的压力变化情况和烟道出口NO浓度均匀性改善情况。
In order to increase the mixture of NOx/NH3 and flue gas in denitration system,this paper developed a corrugated plate mixer,and it has been applied in the 2×320 MW unit in SCR denitration system of power plant,calculating and analying the pressure change of Import and export flue,as well as the NO concentration uniformity improvement of outlet of the flue by CFD numerical simulation calculation,in case of different NO concentration distribution in flue Import,different flue loads,different size of corrugated plate mixer,and different angle of corrugated plate mixer.
