油泥砂固体废弃物热转化过程模拟 被引量:1

摘要 油泥沙固体废弃物是石油在开采、运输和炼制过程中原油与泥、砂混合而成的混合体系,也是石油行业中所产生的主要污染物。通过热转化的方式将油泥砂化为液体燃料和高品质的合成气,不仅能产生一定的经济效益,还对油田的可持续发展及保护油区生态环境具有重要意义。研究通过Aspen软件对油泥砂热转化过程中温度的影响进行研究,揭示出不同温度下热转化产物的变化规律;基于对油泥砂热转化过程进行模拟,确定工艺的安全性、环保性及最优操作方案。 Oil sludge solid waste is the oil in the mining,transportation and refining process of crude oil and mud,sand mixed with a mixed system. It is the main pollutants produced in the oil industry. Oil sludge not only contains crude oil also contains a large number of toxic substances,human health and the environment poses a potential risk. We have the Aspen software for oil sludge thermal conversion process research. The influence of the temperature on the thermal conversion of oil sludge was studied,and the change of the thermal conversion products at different temperatures was revealed. The process of thermal conversion of oil sludge was simulated based on Aspen plus to determine the safety,environmental protection and optimum operation scheme of the process.
