青岛海域鲍鱼内生真菌代谢产物活性筛选探究

摘要 以开放实验的形式探究海洋内生真菌的分离纯化实验操作,锻炼学生微生物实验技术中的无菌操作、菌种的分离纯化过程,进而通过发酵条件的优化培养对海洋真菌的次级代谢产物进行初步的研究,使学生进一步了解环境微生物中真菌发酵条件的调控和次级代谢产物的应用。通过微生物开放实验分离纯化出4株来源于鲍鱼的海洋内生真菌A1、A2、A3和A4,选择菌株A1通过优化培养发现其RICE培养基的次级代谢产物量较大,且有较好的抑菌活性。开放实验既提高了学生科技创新意识,又使学生接受了初步的科研训练。 Separation and purification of marine endophytic fungi was explored in the form of open experiment.The aseptic technique,the separation and purification process of the marine fungi,and the secondary metabolites of marine fungi were optimized by fermentation conditions Conduct.A preliminary study enable students to further understand the regulation of fungal fermentation conditions in environmental microbes and the application of secondary metabolites.4 strains of marine endophytic fungi A1,A2,A3 and A4 derived from abalone were isolated and purified by microbiological experiment.The experiment of strain A1 showed that the secondary metabolites of RICE medium were larger and the antibacterial activity were better.A complete and comprehensive open experiment is not only to improve students awareness of scientific and technological innovation,but also to enable students to accept the initial research training.
