摘要
根据汽车张紧轮轴承的工况条件及对密封圈的密封性能要求,对密封圈的结构进行改进设计,以满足张紧轮轴承高低温、低扭矩、长寿命、高可靠性等要求。通过启动扭矩、旋转扭矩、高温变速漏脂、浸油及高速耐久试验可知:改进后的轴承启动扭矩降低了47. 2%,旋转扭矩降低了72. 0%,轴承寿命更长;改进前、后轴承漏脂率、抗液体进入能力均满足要求,改进后轴承的性能更优,可满足高端汽车张紧轮轴承的使用要求。
According to operating conditions of automobile tensioning wheel bearings and sealing performance requirements for sealing rings,the structure of sealing rings is improved to meet requirements of high and low temperature,low torque,long life and high reliability of the bearings.The starting torque,rotational torque,grease leakage under high temperature and variable speed,oil immersion and high speed endurance tests are carried out.The starting torque of the bearings with improved sealing rings is decreased by 47.2%,the rotational torque is reduced by 72.0%,and the life of the bearings is longer.The grease leakage rate and liquid resistance of the bearings before and after improvement of sealing structure meet requirements.The improved bearings have better performances to meet use requirements of tensioning wheel bearings for high-end automobile.
