摘要
针对40CrNiMoA合金钢分离型实体保持架在加工中出现内、外径椭圆度不合格,铆钉孔穴表面粗糙度大的问题,通过优化工艺流程,并制定可行的加工方法,将兜孔加工工序放在磨外径面和终车内径面工序之后,又采用数控加工中心机床代替普通机床加工铆钉孔穴和铆钉孔。优化后的工艺提升了产品加工质量,提高了生产效率。
Aimed at unqualified ellipticity of inner and outer diameter and high surface roughness of rivet cavities during processing of separable solid cages made of 40 CrNiMoA,the practicable processing method is developed by optimizing technological processes.The processing of pockets is placed behind grinding of outer diameter surface and final turning of inner diameter surface,and the rivet cavities and rivet holes are processed by CNC machine center.The optimized process improves processing quality and production efficiency of products.
