摘要 以SKF 61808薄壁深沟球轴承为研究对象,建立了模态分析理论,并基于有限元建立模型分析了轴承系统在自由模态和约束模态下的固有频率及振型。结果表明:在自由模态下61808轴承1阶固有频率远小于6208轴承,容易发生共振;在约束状态下薄壁轴承固有频率明显较大,61808轴承动力学特性更优。自由模态下1阶模态振型主要表现为内外圈弯扭组合变形,约束模态下保持架和钢球变形更明显。并对61808轴承子零件进行模态分析,自由模态下保持架固有频率最小,各零件变形较小。 Taking the thin-walled deep groove ball bearing SKF 61808 as a research object,the modal analysis theory is established.The natural frequency and mode shape of the bearing system under free mode and constrained mode are analyzed based on finite element model.The results show that the first-order natural frequency of the bearing 61808 is much smaller than that of the bearing 6208 under free mode,which is prone to resonance.The natural frequency of the thin-walled bearing is obviously larger under constrained state,and the dynamic characteristics of the bearing 61808 are better.The first-order mode shape under free mode is characterized mainly by bending combination deformation of inner and outer rings.The deformation of cage and steel ball is obvious under constrained mode.The modal analysis of components of the bearing 61808 is carried out.The natural frequency of the cage is the smallest,and the deformation of each part is smaller under free mode.
