阐述了石油石化用化学剂产品质量认可制度的由来和认可程序,从注册审核、材料审核、技术审核和现场审核等环节对油化剂产品质量的把控进行了分析,总结了近年来质量认可制度取得的成绩和对油化剂产品质量提升作出的贡献,指出了质量认可制度对石油石化企业生产建设正常运行所起到的重要保障作用。

The origin and procedure of the quality approval system for the chemicals used in petroleum and petrochemical industry are described.The quality control of the chemicals is analyzed from the aspects of registration audit,document audit,technical audit and onsite audit.The achievements of the quality approval system in recent years to the quality control of the chemicals are summarized,and the important role of quality approval system in ensuring the normal operation of production and construction of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises is pointed out.
