摘要
石油钻井工程多为野外施工,远离后勤基地,在偏远地区施工交通、通讯不便,新区探井对钻井队自身应急能力要求更高。通过分析钻井队应急管理调查结果及专项检查中的问题,提出树立系统化的应急管理思想,打造应急管理标准化格局,建立应急日常管理的数值化,构建全方位的信息沟通机制等钻井队应急管理改进措施及建议。
Petroleum drilling engineering is mostly field construction,far from the logistics base,the construction in remote areas are inconvenient in traffic and communication,and the construction of exploration wells in new areas requires higher emergency response capability of drilling teams themselves.Based on the analysis of the investigation results of emergency management of drilling teams and the problems exposed by special inspection,some improvement measures and suggestions for emergency management of drilling teams are put forward,such as establishing systematic emergency management thought,establishing standardized pattern of emergency management,establishing the digitalizationofdailyemergencymanagement,andconstructingomni-directionalinformationcommunication mechanism.
