石油钻探工程风险高、投资大,工程监督作为甲方派驻的代表,是维系投资方和施工方利益的桥梁,责任重大。工程监督手握权力,是各方利益博弈的第一道防线,其自身权力不受监督最容易滋生腐败。分析了工程监督不廉洁行为的表现形式和出现不廉洁行为的原因,结合10余年来廉洁从业实践,总结了工程监督廉洁从业的可行性做法。

Petroleum drilling project has high risk and large investment.As the representative of Party A,engineering supervisor has great responsibility and power.Project supervision is the first defense line in the game of interests of all parties,and corruption is most likely to breed here.The manifestations and causes of incorruptible behavior in engineering supervision are analyzed,and the feasible methods for eliminating the incorruptible behavior of project supervisors are summarizes based on the author’s practice in the past ten years.
