综合护理干预对胃癌术后早期肠内营养支持患者的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with early enteral nutrition support after gastric cancer operation

目的探讨综合护理干预对胃癌术后早期肠内营养支持患者的影响。方法选择2015年8月～2017年11月接受手术治疗的胃癌患者90例,并于术后给予早期肠内营养支持,依据入院时间分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预,比较两组相关临床指标、营养状况及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、术后肛门排气时间及进食时间均较早,总蛋白、白蛋白及前白蛋白水平均较高,不良反应总发生率较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采取早期肠内营养支持的胃癌术后患者实施综合护理干预,不仅能有效促进胃肠功能恢复,减少并发症的发生,还能改善患者的营养状况。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with early enteral nutrition support after gastric cancer operation.Methods 90 patients with gastric cancer who underwent operation in our hospital from August 2015 to November 2017 were selected and given early enteral nutrition support after operation.They were divided into two groups(control group and observation group)according to admission time,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.And then,clinical indexes,nutritional status and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the recovery time of bowel sounds,postoperative anal exhaust time and feeding time in the observation group were earlier,the levels of total protein,albumin and prealbumin were higher,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for postoperative patients with gastric cancer supported by early enteral nutrition can not only effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the occurrence of complications,but also improve the nutritional status of patients.
