摘要 电力系统中引入近零碳排放的分布式电源,对"节能减排"政策下电力行业的发展具有重要作用。在分布式电源优化规划过程中,首先构建多目标、多约束的规划模型,然后结合IEEE-33节点系统,通过NSGA-II遗传算法进行求解,得到对多目标进行较好权衡的Pareto解集。最后,选取"节能减排"成效明显的一个解制定分布式电源规划方案,定量地分析了该规划方案对降低系统网络损耗及CO2排放带来的经济效益,算例结果验证了该模型及算法的合理性和有效性。 Under the policy of energy conservation and emission reduction,the introduction of distributed generations(DGs)with near-zero carbon emission to the power system is significant for the development of electric power industry.In the optimal planning process of DGs,amulti-objective and multi-constraint planning model is built at first.Then,combined with an IEEE33-node system,NSGA-II genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.In this way,a Pareto solution set that can better balance multiple objectives is obtained.Finally,the solution with a significant effect of ener gy conservation and emission reduction is selected to formulate the planning scheme of DGs,quantitatively analyzing the economic benefit for the reduction of system network loss and CO2 emission.The simulation results of a numerical ex ample demonstrate that this model and the optimization algorithm are reasonable and effective.
