基于条件对材料的影响预测空调寿命

摘要 不同材料受温度、湿度和使用强度等各类因素影响较大.空调的部件主要涉及多种材料,其中钢质外壳及塑料的风轮更易受湿度和温度的影响,铜质的管路系统与交换空气的清洁度有关,铝质翘片易受持续使用带来的高温影响,复杂的主控制板等更易受使用频繁度影响.统计同一类型空调的平均使用寿命,将空调个体的寿命与平均使用寿命的差作为因变量,将开关频率、开放时间长度、环境湿度和空气清洁度作为自变量,考察研究外界因素对空调使用寿命的影响,并建立相关的数学求解模型.利用国内某一知名空调使用寿命的调研数据进行演算,模型及求解方法具有实用意义. Different materials are affected by various factors such as temperature,humidity and using strength.The key parts of air conditioner involve a variety of materials,steel shells and plastic wind wheels can be affected by temperature and humidity,the connection pipe made in copper alloy is related to air quality index.Besides,the high temperature for a lasting running will affect aluminum alloy fins,and PC Board will not be working by high switching frequency.The average value of lifespan was calculated from several same style devices.And let deviation between individual lifespan and the average value as a dependent variable,several factors as independent variables,such as extra-burden switching frequency,once last using time,humidity and air quality index,the impact relationship is going to be made.Meanwhile,a mathematical model about the dependent variable and independent variables was set up.This model could be tested by the data collected from an air conditioner brand in China efficiently,the result proves the model and solving method are practical significance.
