本文以湘潭电机股份有限公司大型同步电机的底板为加工对象,设计合理的加工工艺方法。该新型加工工艺方法,解决了大型同步电机底板加工设备受限的技术难点,既满足了大型同步电机底板的加工要求,又降低了生产制造成本。

This thesis designs a reasonable processing method of the XiangTan Electric Manufacturing Co,Ltd large-scale synchronous machines baseplate. The new technology solves the technical difficulties of limited processing equipment for the large-scale synchronous machines baseplate. The new processing scheme satisfies the processing requirements of the large-scale synchronous machines baseplate, and reduces the manufacturing cost.
