摘要
利用Matlab图像处理工具箱对采集的路径图像进行识别和提取方法研究,主要用到的图像处理方法有开窗口分析、白平衡处理、中值滤波、边缘检测、面积滤波、图像细化、工件路径边缘点提取与拟合等。最终确定了路径图像的中心线位置,并计算出拟合的路径中心线上各点的坐标,为后续研究实现机器人的自动焊接跟踪打下了基础。
In this paper, the Matlab image processing toolbox is used to identify and extract the acquired path images., including open window analysis, white balance processing, median filtering, edge detection, area filtering, image thinning, workpiece path edge point extraction and fitting, etc. Finally, the position of the center line of the workpiece path is determined and the coordinates of each point in the center line are calculated. It lays the foundation for subsequent research on robot automatic welding tracking.
