数控机床加工中刀具几何误差的研究

摘要 在制造业的飞速发展下,为了达到生产的需要,产品的种类也越来越多,对产品的精度要求也越来越高,影响加工的因素也非常多,本文针对实际数控加工中刀具在切削过程中的误差进行分析,对以后的数控加工提供了一定的指导作用。 Under the rapid development of the manufacturing industry, in order to meet the needs of production, the types of products are also increasing, the accuracy requirements for the products are also getting higher and higher, and there are also many factors that affect the processing. This article is aimed at the actual numerical control processing The error of the tool during the cutting process is analyzed, which provides a certain guiding role for the future CNC machining.
