煤矿综采工作面大块煤破碎装置及其配套技术的设计 被引量:2

摘要 为有效解决煤矿井下工作面煤炭片帮后造成的煤流拥堵的问题,改善因煤块体积过大而导致的堵塞转载机入口以及刮板运输机卸载口的情况,对煤块的破碎装置进行了研制,就该装置的结构、传动系统、相关技术参数进行了设计和选择,另外还针对该装置进行了截齿的布置方式以及过载保护等综合配套技术的研究。由现场应用表明,大块煤破碎装置不仅可以很好地将煤块破碎,且实现了破碎的自动化和连续化,提高了煤矿生产的安全性和可靠性。 In order to effectively solve the problem of coal flow congestion caused by coal spalling in underground coal face, and improve the situation of blocking in entrance of reversed loader and the unloading port of scraper conveyor caused by the excessive volume of coal blocks, the crushing device of coal blocks is developed, and the structure,transmission system and related technical parameters of the device are designed and selected. In addition, the comprehensive supporting technologies, including the layout of the pick and overload protection, are studied. Field application shows that the coarse coal crushing device can not only crush coal blocks, but also realize the automation and continuity of crushing, improving the safety and reliability of coal mine production.
