摘要
针对采煤机常采用JOY 30EB500J型电机散热性能不足时常导致电机烧毁的问题,对电动机发热的原理进行了分析,从电磁设计、机械结构设计和绝缘设计三方面进行了优化设计。通过实测电动机在连续开机8 h后,电动机中心转子的温度由优化前的95.4℃降低到优化后的64.6℃。说明改进设计符合生产使用中散热的要求。
As to the motor burnout due to the insufficient heat dissipation performance of JOY 30 EB500 J motor in shearers, the principle of motor heating is analyzed, and the optimization design is carried out from electromagnetic design, mechanical structure design and insulation design. After 8 hours of continuous start-up, the temperature of the motor central rotor is reduced from 95.4℃ to 64.6 ℃ after optimization. It shows that the improved design meets the requirements of heat dissipation in production and use.
