摘要
阐述了大倾角上运带式输送机在煤矿中的应用现状,重点研究了煤矿大倾角上运带式输送机关键技术,包括传送带的选择,设计分析滚筒、托辊、张紧装置、驱动装置等,旨在提高大倾角上运带式输送机的工作效率,降低维修成本。
This paper expounds the application status of large inclined belt conveyor in coal mine, and focuses on the key technology of large inclined belt conveyor in coal mine, including the selection of conveyor belt, the design and analysis of roller, idler, tensioner, driving device, etc., in order to improve the working efficiency of large inclined belt conveyor and reduce maintenance cost.
