摘要
针对矿用对旋轴流式局部通风机在生产应用时经常会出现叶片断裂的情况,利用有限元模型对局部通风机叶轮进行应力和变形分析,最终得出叶片断裂的主要原因是叶轮结构与尺寸设计不合理,部分区域强度不足,并根据研究结果提出了解决该问题的方法。现场应用可知,改进后通风机叶轮能够减少叶片断裂情况的发生。
In view of the blade breakage often occurs in the production and application of the mine counter-rotating axial flow local fan, the stress and deformation of the impeller of the local fan are analyzed by using the finite element model, and the main reason for the blade breakage is that the structure and size of the impeller are unreasonable, the strength of some areas is insufficient, and the blade is rooted. According to the research results, the method to solve the problem is put forward. Field application shows that the improved fan impeller can reduce the occurrence of blade breakage.
