摘要
针对悬臂式掘进机伸缩臂存在设计缺陷导致的掘进机故障率高、制约综掘工作面持续生产的问题,对掘进机伸缩臂结构进行了分析,从顶端轴承的选用、水路、预压式空气滤清过滤器和润滑油脂的选用等方面提出优化改进方案,并进行了现场应用。应用表明优化改进后有效地解决了掘进机伸缩臂结构缺陷导致的问题,提高了掘进机的可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of high failure rate of roadheader caused by design defect of telescopic boom of boom-type roadheader and restricting the continuous production of fully mechanized face, the structure of telescopic boom of roadheader is analyzed, and the optimum modification is put forward from the selection of top bearing,waterway, pre-pressure air filter and lubricating grease. The scheme is introduced and applied in the field. The application shows that the optimization and improvement can effectively solve the problems caused by the structural defects of the telescopic boom of the roadheader and improve the reliability of the roadheader.
