多机驱动带式输送机功率平衡装置的分析研究

摘要 基于多机驱动带式输送机在长距离运行时存在各驱动电机功率不平衡、启动冲击较大、耗能不合理的问题,对多机驱动带式输送机功率平衡装置进行对比分析研究。通过对传动装置的分析研究比较,可以发现各种平衡装置的优缺点,以期为带式输送机调速和功率的平衡设计选择提供参考。 Based on the problems of unbalanced power, large starting impact and unreasonable energy consumption of the driving motors of multi-machine driven belt conveyor in long-distance operation, the power balance devices of multi-machine driven belt conveyor are analyzed and compared. Through the analysis and comparison of the transmission devices, the advantages and disadvantages of various balancing devices are presented, providing reference for the selection of speed regulation and power balance design of belt conveyor.
