摘要
针对煤矿井下胶带输送机滚筒变形甚至压裂、严重降低胶带输送机使用寿命等问题,对滚筒在日常工作中出现的各类故障进行总结,定量分析压裂原因,从滚筒设计和现场维保两方面针对性制定具体措施。测试及连续运行结果表明:皮带机各部件运行正常,系统各类信号传输正常,达到技术指标和参数要求;滚筒未发现明显形变,所有滚筒部件探伤无损坏,托辊及滚筒旋转灵活。
In view of the problems of deformation or even fracturing of roller in belt conveyor of underground coal mine, seriously reducing the service life of belt conveyor, this paper summarizes the various faults of roller in daily work, quantitatively analyses the causes of fracturing, and formulates specific measures from the roller design and field maintenance. The test and continuous operation results show that all parts of the belt conveyor operate normally, and all kinds of signals of the system transmit normally, which meets the requirements of technical indicators and parameters. There is no obvious deformation found in the roller and no damage in all parts of the drum. The idlers and roller rotate flexibly.
