摘要
以矿井单绳缠绕式提升机主轴装置为研究对象,利用三维软件建立了实体模型,导入到AnsysWorkbench中进行了仿真分析。对主轴装置中最重要的零件主轴进行了静力学仿真,结果表明主轴的强度和刚度均能满足使用要求;对主轴装置整体进行了疲劳寿命分析,确定了疲劳寿命循环次数可以满足使用要求;对主轴装置进行了模态分析,为提高提升机运行效率提供了一定理论依据。
Taking the spindle device of mine single-rope winding hoist as the research object,the solid model is established by using three-dimensional software,which is imported into Ansys Workbench for simulation analysis.The static simulation of the spindle,which is the most important part in the spindle device,is carried out.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the spindle can meet the service requirements.The fatigue life of the whole spindle device is analyzed,and the number of fatigue life cycles can meet the service requirements.The modal analysis of the spindle device is carried out,providing a theoretical basis for improving the operation efficiency of the hoist.
