摘要
介绍了GPJ-120型加压过滤机硬件结构,分析了其工作原理,提出了该型号设备存在自动化程度低、容错率低、稳定性差的问题,针对核心部件主轴提出了一套升级方案,并在漳村矿选煤厂进行了实际改造。
The hardware structure of GPJ-120 pressure filter is introduced,its working principle is analyzed,the problems of low automation,low fault tolerance and poor stability of this type of equipment are put forward.A set of upgrading scheme for the main shaft of the core component is put forward,and the actual transformation is carried out in preparation plant of Zhangcun coal mine.
