摘要
针对采煤机回采过程中由于过载运行造成采煤机的牵引变压器和变频器损坏的问题,在对郭庄煤矿采煤机分析的基础上,对现有的变压器增加了绝缘软胶钻孔固定,增设防震弹簧用来减震,并对变压器线圈进行了重新绕制。改造后的采煤机在使用中变压器很少损坏,提高了采煤效率,增加了安全系数。
Aiming at the damage of traction transformer and frequency converter of shearer caused by overload operation in the mining process of shearer,based on the analysis of shearer in Guozhuang coal mine,the the existing transformer is fixed by drilling with insulated flexible glue,and shock-proof spring is added to reduce vibration,and the transformer coil is rewound.The transformer of the reformed shearer is rarely damaged in use,which improves the mining efficiency and guarantees the safety.
