井下斜巷提升中调度绞车提速技术改造与应用

Technical Reform and Application of Acceleration of Dispatching Winch in Underground Inclined Lane Lifting

针对某矿井斜巷JD-4调度绞车提速慢的问题,根据JD-4调度绞车结构和工作特点,重点就提速技术改造内容及其使用注意事项进行探讨。实践证明,提速改造后的调度绞车作业效率大大的提升,同时在保障生产和工作人员的安全性方面也有大幅度的改观。

In view of the slow speed-up problem of JD-4 dispatching winch in inclined lane of a mine,according to the structure and working characteristics of JD-4 dispatching winch,this paper mainly discusses the content of speed-up technical transformation and considerations in its use.Practice has proved that the operation efficiency of dispatching winch has been greatly improved after speed-up transformation,and the safety of production and staff has also been greatly improved.
