摘要
煤矿井下胶带输送机在实际工作中,传动滚筒要承担较大的摩擦力和压力,因此滚筒的基础设计参数尤为重要,结合现场工况参数和对滚筒的接盘支点、壳体厚度及轴体直径进行了重新优化,提高了滚筒接盘的传动性能,保证了设备的稳定运行。
In the actual work of underground belt conveyor in coal mine,the driving roller bears greater friction and pressure,so the basic design parameters of the roller are particularly important.Combining with the field working conditions and parameters,the fulcrum of the roller,the thickness of the shell and the diameter of the shaft body are re-optimized,which improves the transmission performance of the roller disc and ensures the stable operation of the equipment.
