摘要
针对离心式主风机配套装置存在的缺陷,分析导致漏风的原因,提出提升闸门、扩散器、集流器和风硐等设施的改进措施,并对实施该措施后的改进效果进行了分析。实践表明:经过改进,每年可节省通风电能达2.43×10~4kW·h。
In view of the defects of the auxiliary equipment of centrifugal main fan,the causes of air leakage are analyzed,and the improvement measures of lifting gate,diffuser,collector and air tunnel are put forward,and the improvement effect after the implementation of the measures is analyzed.Practice shows that the ventilation power can be saved up to 2.43 ×10^4 kW·h per year after improvement.
