摘要
基于矿用螺杆式移动空压机的工作原理、系统特点及功能,针对空压机系统运行中存在的空气滤清器堵塞、油液喷出、管路过长等问题,对螺杆式移动空压机进行了优化改进。将改进后的螺杆式移动空压机应用于实际矿井中,解决了原来空压机使用过程中存在的问题,更好的实现了对井下的供风,为其他矿井空压机的改造提供了良好的解决途径和借鉴。
Based on the working principle,system characteristics and functions of screw-type mobile air compressor,the screw-type mobile air compressor is optimized and improved in view of the problems existing in the operation of air filter blockage,oil ejection and long pipeline.The improved screw-type mobile air compressor is applied in the actual mine,which solves the problems existing in the use of the original air compressor,realizes better the underground air supply,providing a good solution and reference for the transformation of air compressors in other mine.
