摘要
分析了井下高压柜隔离开关在使用中出现的问题,发现现有的高压开关触头过热会导致井下通电系统短路甚至电气火灾,因此,综合考虑了井下高压柜隔离开关触头温度系统需要满足的条件,挑选出最适合的方案,设计出了一套完整的温度检测系统。试验验证和实际应用都表明,系统运行稳定可靠,满足矿用高压柜隔离开关触头温度监测的要求。
This paper analyses the problems in the use of the isolation switch of underground high-voltage switch cabinet,and finds that the overheating of the contacts of the existing high-voltage switch will lead to the short circuit of underground electrification system and even electric fire.Therefore,considering the conditions that the temperature system of the contacts of the isolation switch in underground high-voltage switch cabinet,the most suitable scheme is selected and designed.A complete temperature detection system is developed.The experimental verification and practical application show that the system runs stably and reliably,and meets the requirements of temperature monitoring of the contacts of the isolation switch in the mine high-voltage cabinet.
